Ingredients: 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup each: olive oil and sugar 1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt`s Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, drained 2 cans (11 oz. each) white corn, drained 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:Cook beans in saucepan of boiling, salted water for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water; set aside. Whisk vinegar, oil and sugar in large serving bowl. Add and combine remaining ingredients into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Drain excess dressing before serving, if desired. |
