Ingredients: 3 cups peeled, sliced apples 2 cups raw whole cranberries 1 cup sugar 1-1/4 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup nuts, finely chopped 1 stick butter or margarine, melted Directions:Place apples, cranberries, and white sugar in bottom of a 2-qt. casserole dish. Blend together oats, brown sugar, flour, nuts, and butter. Spread over the cranberry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
