Ingredients: 2 lb. asparagus spears 6 T. melted margarine 1/4 cup milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese Directions:Place canned asparagus (drained) in baking dish. Pour milk and margarine over top. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes or until cheese is browned. |
