Ingredients: 5 avocados, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks 1 tomato, chopped 1 sm. red onion, diced 1 garlic clove, minced 2 T. tamari 1 lemon, juiced
Directions: Combine all the ingredients - avocados, tomato, onion, garlic, tamari, lemon juice--in a large bowl. Stir with a large spoon, mashing the avocado slightly as you go. Continue until it`s the desired consistency. |
