Ingredients: 1 lb. sausage 1 29-oz. can peach halves 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Directions:Cook sausage until brown and crumbly. Drain on paper towels. Drain peaches. Save 1/4 cup peach juice. Grease baking pan. Place peaches cut-side up. Pour in juice. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Sprinkle on top of peach mixture. Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes. Take out of oven and layer sausage on top. Bake 15 more minutes. |
