4 pkg. (10 oz.) black eyed peas, frozen or canned
2 pkg. (10 oz.) turnip greens, frozen or canned
1/3 lb. bacon
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. honey
Fry pork slowly until very crisp. Bake the black eyed peas, greens and remaining ingredients in the the bacon grease in an earthenware pot at 350 F until tender. Add the crumbled bacon.
