2 cup chopped celery
2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
2-1/2 tsp grated onion
1/2 cup almonds pieces, blanched
Grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in casserole dish, sprinkle with potato chips and cheese. Bake in 400 degrees oven until done.
