Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed 1 cup shredded carrots 2 cups (5 oz.) bean sprouts 1 cup red sweet pepper, diced 1 cup sliced olives 1 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup roasted & coarsely chopped Oregon hazelnuts 1-1/2 cups chow mein noodles Dressing: 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise 2 teaspoons curry powder 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon sesame seeds Directions:Combine all ingredients, except noodles. Blend dressing ingredients together and toss with salad ingredients. Just before serving, add noodles. |
