Ingredients: 8 lettuce leaves 8 ripe apricots, halved and pitted 2 oranges, peeled and sliced 12 cooked prunes, drained and pitted 1/2 lemon, juice 4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:Wash and dry lettuce leaves and place onto 4 plates. Arrange the apricots, oranges, and prunes around the plate. Sprinkle lemon juice over plates and top with a tablespoon olive oil on each plate. |
