2 cups cooked flaked fish (any variety)
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives (optional)
1 cup diced celery
1/3 cup tartar sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 red apples
Combine fish, olives, celery, tartar sauce and mayonnaise. Core apples, do not peel, slice thin, add. Toss thoroughly to the mix. Serve on lettuce and water cress.
