Ingredients: 5 lb. Amberjack (any lg. fish may be used) 1 sm. bottle Italian dressing Salt Pepper
Directions:Start charcoal 1 hour before desired serving time. Place fillets in large saucepan or bowl. Pour Italian dressing over fillets. Let marinate for 30-40 minutes, or until coals are hot. Remove fillets from marinate. Salt and pepper to taste. Place fillets on grill. Cook approximately 10 minutes per side, until meat is tender and flaky. Serve with vegetables and salad. |
