Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup raspberry preserves 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 pound shredded cabbage, about 4 cups 1 cup shredded carrots (about 3) Directions:Place the mayonnaise, vinegar, raspberry preserves, celery seeds, caraway seeds and milk in a large bowl. Mix until all the lumps are dissolved. Season with the salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and carrots; stir to coat evenly. Adjust the season. |
