Ingredients: 2 pounds mushrooms Fresh Sliced 2 ounces salad oil 2 ounces vinegar (White) 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 pinch fresh black pepper 1 head lettuce 1 pinch chives Directions:Mix oil, vinegar and dry mustard together. Stir in the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Line salad plates with lettuce leaves. Toss mushrooms with dressing and serve on lettuce. Sprinkle with chives. |
