Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced (preferably fresh) 1 orange, sectioned and seeded 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons shredded coconut 1/4 teaspoon anise extract Directions:If fresh pineapple is unavailable and you`d like to use canned, make sure it is unsweetened and drained.
