Ingredients: 3 cups arugula, washed and broken in pieces 5 cup other salad greens, washed and broken in pieces 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cored and seeded, cut into strips 1/2 red bell pepper, cored and seeded, cut into strips 2 green onions, finely chopped No-Oil Basil Vinaigrette
Directions:Place all ingredients, except vinaigrette, in a salad bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, toss with dressing. |
