Ingredients: 1/2 cup salad oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tsp celery seed 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 12 cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup sliced celery 1/2 large red onion, sliced 14 oz. canned flaked tuna, drained Directions:1. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, celery seed, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. 2. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms with tomatoes, celery and onion. Add tuna; toss gently. Pour just enough dressing from the small bowl over the salad to coat completely. (Refrigerate remaining dressing in a covered jar.) Serve in a lettuce lined bowl. |
