Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb ground beef; lean 1 lg onion, peeled and quartered 1 c ketchup 1 ts chili powder 1 ts dry mustard 1/2 ts salt 2 c beef broth or water 8 Hamburger buns, toasted
Directions:1. In a skillet, brown and crumble ground beef; drain well. 2. Place beef and remaining ingredients except hamburger rolls in a crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 12 hours. 3. Taste for seasoning before serving and correct if necessary. Spoon over toasted hamburger buns. |
