Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb ground beef 2 tbsp garlic 1 tbsp red pepper flakes 1 ea cabbage, chopped 1 ea onion,chopped 2 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated Directions:Brown ground beef, onion and allspice. Add cabbage. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or low heat, stirring occasionally. Slice rolls lengthwise halfway through. Hollow out center of roll to form cup and stuff with meat mix. Place on foil lined cookie sheet. Top both halves with grated cheese. Cover with foil and heat in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and rolls are heated through. |
