Ingredients: 20 oz Tofu 3/4 cup mushrooms 1/4 cup green onions 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 cup oats 1/2 tsp salt 1 ea eggs 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup rice, cooked 5 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 cup carrots, grated Directions:In a medium bowl, mash tofu, and stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties and fry in oiled skillet. Top with your favorite toppings and serve on a whole wheat bun. |
