Choux pastry cake
Ingredients:
50 g butter
100 ml water
100 ml white flour
2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
custard
icing
marzipan

Directions:
1. Bring the water and the butter to the boil. Add all the white flour and fold to a dough. Remove pan from the heat and leave the dough to cool a little. Fold in the two eggs one at the time and stir until even.
2. Place small blobs of dough with two spoons on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. Bake at 200 C (390 F) for about 20 minutes.
3. Cut cakes halfway through and fill with whipped cream or custard. Cover with icing or plates of rolled marzipan. Drizzle with cocoa if desired.
