Chutney rice pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup basmati rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups milk
1 9 ounces jar CROSSE & BLACKWELL Major Grey's Chutney
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons pistachio nuts, chopped

Directions:
1.Combine water and rice in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 8 minutes.
2.Stir in milk; increase heat to medium. Uncover; stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low; stir in chutney and raisins. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts before serving. Pudding can be served warm or cold.
