Ingredients: 500 g sheep or beef liver 300 g mutton fat 300 g (11 oz) onions 200 g or 1 1/2 cups flour pepper and salt to taste Directions:Clean the liver, cut mutton fut into 10-15 g pieces. Salt and dredge in flour. Thread liver on skewers, alternating with pieces of fat, and grill over hot coals. Place liver on a serving dish, top with finely sliced onions, salt and freshly ground pepper. |
