Take along taco salad
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 (1.25-oz.) package ORTEGAR Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ORTEGAR Medium Taco Sauce
1 (12-ct.) package ORTEGAR Taco Shells, warmed and crumbled
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
1.Brown beef; drain. Add water and seasoning mix. Prepare according to seasoning mix directions; cool.
2.Combine sour cream and taco sauce in small bowl. Toss taco shells, lettuce, onion, cheese, tomatoes and olives in large, resealable plastic bag. Add beef mixture and sour cream mixture; toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with additional taco sauce, if desired.
