Caramelized sugar liquor
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups water
peel from half a lemon
1/2 stick vanilla
0,250 l vodka
3 tablespoons of sugar for caramelizing

Directions:
Boil the sugar with the water, vanilla and lemon peel. In a separate pan, caramelize 3 tablespoons of sugar. After it is brown, pour the prepared syrup on top, mix well and let boil for 15 minutes. Let cool, strain through cheese cloth and add the vodka.
