Hamburger in tinfoil
Ingredients:
1 kg minced, not to lean steak
salt and pepper
3 tbsp oil
3 sliced onions
250 g mushroom
4 tomatoes in wedges
a little parsley for garnish
tinfoil

Directions:
1. Shape the meat into 8 hamburgers and season with salt and pepper. Brown on each side and place on a piece of tinfoil.
2. Brown onions and mushrooms and divide between the foil parcels. Share the tomato wedges and the frying pan gravy between the parcels.
3. Wrap the tinfoil thoroughly around the hamburger ensuring that there are no leaks. Place the parcels in an ovenproof dish and put in the oven at 250 C (480 F) for 15 minutes. Serve with a baked potato and a mixed salad.
