Kougle with fish
Ingredients:
3 c boiled fish.
4 c potatoes cut into strips.
1/2 c scallions.
2 tb butter.
2 ea eggs.
1 1/2 c whipped cream.
1 1/2 ts salt.
pepper.

Directions:
Melt butter in a pan and fry scallions until light brown. Grease a baking form with butter and make the first layer from potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then goes a layer from fish and the last layer is potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper. Beat up eggs with whipped cream and pour over Kougle. Bake in a medium heated oven for 45 minutes.
