Ingredients: 250 g noodles 250 g meat flesh 1 ea egg 1/2 ts salt 3 tb butter Directions:Grind meat in the mincer, add salt and stir thoroughly. Boil noodles in salted water(for every 100 g noodles is 2 c water), strain them. Add uncooked egg and salt if needed, stir carefully. Put a half of noodles evenly in the baking pan greased with butter. Put mincemeat evenly and cover with the rest of noodles. sprinkle with butter and bake in a well heated oven until makaronnik is light brown (20-25 mins).
