Garfish with parsley sauce
Ingredients:
2-3 garfish, boned
2-3 tbsp white flour
salt
pepper
Sauce:
30 g butter
30 g flour
400 ml milk
salt
pepper
finely chopped parsley

Directions:
1. Clean the garfish and cut in 4-5 pieces. Fry the fish and turn in flour. Season with salt and pepper. Fry on a pan until golden brown.
2. Melt the butter for the sauce and stir in the flour. Pour in milk and let thicken. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper. Blend in the parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes.
