Potato soup with fat
Ingredients:
1.5 L of water
6 potatoes
onion
80 g of salted pork fat
greens, salt

Directions:
Put potatoes, cut into cubes, into the boiling water, add salt and boil for 2-3 minutes. Enrich the prepared soup with fat and finely cut and stewed onion. While serving up, strew it with cut greens.
