1 smoked tenderloin
4 tbsp cream
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
1. Wisk the eggs with cream. Melt the butter in a pan. Pour the egg mix into the pan and let set at medium heat whilst pushing the egg mix around in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve the warm scrambled egg with thin slices of the smoked tenderloin. Garnish with the chopped chives.
