Ingredients: 500 g (18 oz) mutton 300 g (11 oz) onions 80 g or 1/3 cup water fresh coriander dill cayenne pepper salt to taste Directions:Cut mutton into 20-25 g pieces, add salt and pepper. Place in individual serving size earthware pots, alternating layers of meat with chopped onions and greens. Add a bit of water to each pot and cook in oven until ready. Serve with greens. |
