Bulbianka with cottage cheese
Ingredients:
4 potatoes
200 g cottage cheese
3 tblsps butter
0.5 cupful sour cream
salt

Directions:
1. Grate the potatoes, pour the liquid off, add the cottage cheese, salt and mix. Put the mixture in a buttered skillet and transfer it to an oven for baking.
2. Cut the prepared bulbianka into pieces and pour over with melted butter mixed with sour cream.
