1 kilo of pork
1 1/2 kilo marrons
1 spoonful of tomato juice
salt and pepper
1. Boil the marrons until cooked and then peel them carefully.
2. Cut the meat in pieces and cook it with hot oil in a saucepan. Add salt, pepper and the onion sliced and cook for some more minutes.
3. Mix the tomato juice and a glass of water and pour over the meat. Cook until the meat is ready. Put in the marrons and let them boil together for 1-2 minutes more. Best enjoyed with Merlot mavrommatis.
