Chocolate mochi cake
Ingredients:
9 c mochiko flour
9 c sugar
10 Tbs chocolate powder
2 Tbs baking soda
2 Tbs vanilla extract
10 whole eggs
2 12-oz cans coconut milk
2 c evaporated milk
2 sticks butter, melted
4 bread pans, about 4" deep

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mochiko flour, sugar, baking powder and chocolate powder until the mix is combined well.
2. Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter. Mix until the batter is smooth. Spray pans with non-stick oil or butter then pour batter in pans.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 90 minutes or depending on how wide and deep your pan is. Make sure you bake until there is no liquid in the center.
