Filled schnitzel
Ingredients:
4 schnitzels
1 pot garlic cream cheese
salt
pepper
butter for frying
ca.300 g broccoli
2-3 tbsp creme fraise
1 bunch parsley

Directions:
1. Knock the schnitzel as thin as possible. Place a thin layer of cream cheese on each and fold (save the rest of the cheese for the puree). Turn the schnitzel in the breadcrumbs and leave them to rest for 10 minutes before they are fried crispy in butter on a frying pan (approximately 5 minutes on each side).
2. Break the broccoli into small bouquets and chop the stalk into small slices. Boil until tender in lightly salted water. Let the water drip off and puree them. Fold in the rest of the cream cheese and the creme fraise and season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
