Ingredients: 3/4 pound carrots. 2 large apples. 1 tablespoon Horseradish. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. Salt to taste. Walnut halves. Directions:Peel and grate the carrots and apples. In a bowl combine them with the remaining ingredients except walnuts for garnish.
