Ingredients: 1 cupful strawberries 3/4 cupful sugar 2 tblsps potato flour Directions:Sort the strawberries, wash and press through a sieve. Fill a saucepan with 2.5 cups of hot water, add the sugar and mix. Boil the prepared syrup, add the dissolved potato flour and bring to a boil again.
