2 2/3 cups plain yogurt
1 small onion, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Total time: 5 mins
1.In a bowl, beat yogurt until smooth and creamy; add onion, mint, cumin seed, cayenne pepper, salt and white pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2.Makes about 3 cups.
