Danish salad
Ingredients:
2 large heads of salad
125 ml cream
2-3 tbsp White wine vinegar
watercress
sugar
salt
pepper

Directions:
Take off the outer layer of the salad and cut the heads into 4. Clean the salad thoroughly let the water run off. Prepare the dressing by combining the cream and the vinegar. Season with salt sugar and pepper. Fold the dressing into the salad with the watercress.
