Fish baked in sour cream
Ingredients:
350 g fish (with skin but without bones)
1 tblsp flour
1 tblsp vegetable oil
1 onion
4 tblsps sour cream
salt

Directions:
Cut the fish (with skin but without bones) into portion pieces, dust with salt, pepper, dredge in flour and brown. Cover the fish with sauteed onion, pour over with sour cream and bake in oven.
