Ingredients: 350 g fish (with skin but without bones) 1 tblsp flour 1 tblsp vegetable oil 1 onion 4 tblsps sour cream salt Directions:Cut the fish (with skin but without bones) into portion pieces, dust with salt, pepper, dredge in flour and brown.
