Spinach mushroom casserole
Ingredients:
2 (12-oz.) packages STOUFFER`SR frozen Spinach Soufflé, defrosted according to package directions
2 tablespoons butter
1 (4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350° F.
2.Melt butter in small skillet; add mushrooms and onion. Cook until golden brown. Combine Spinach Soufflé, mushrooms and onion in 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
3.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
