Ingredients: 1/2 bushel of mussels 12 oz. bottle Hennepin 3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. parsley pepper Directions:1. Place mussels in a frying pan. 2. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley and pepper to taste. 3. Add 12 oz. Hennein and enough water to steam. 4. Steam mussels until they open. |
