Ingredients: 4 chopped bacon rashers 100 gm chopped mushrooms 1 peeled and diced avocado 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion 1/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions:1. Gently fry the bacon and mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Blend them until smooth with the avocado, onion, sour cream, lemon juice, and the Tabasco sauce. 2. Serve with corn chips, savoury biscuits, or toast fingers. |
