Ingredients: 4 potatoes 400 g minced elkmeat 100 g minced pork 2 boiled potatoes 3dl cream 1 egg 1 Spoon chopped onion salt and whitepepper Directions:Mash the potatoes and mix it up with cream. Add the other ingredients. Form small meatballs and fry them in butter. Serve with gravy or use the gravy as sauce. Often serve with boiled potatoes and white cabbage with lingonberry or grated carrots with lingonberry. |
