Ingredients: 500 ml boiled rice or couscous 1 onion 2 stalks celery 1 tbsp butter 1 clove crushed garlic 100 ml parsley 50 ml dill 2-300 ml grated cheese 2 eggs 400 ml milk salt pepper Directions:Chop the onion and brown in butter with the celery until tender. Mix in the other ingredients and season with the herbs. Add the rice mix into a shallow ovenproof dish and bake at 200 C (390 F) for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brow. |
