1 loaf of white bread
1 quart of milk
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup wine
1 cup orange juice
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon lime rind
1/2 pound melted butter
8 egg yolks

Mix all ingredients (except the raisins) with an electric mixer in a large mixing bowl. Fold in the raisins with a spoon and pour into buttered pan. Bake at 300-325 F for about one hour and 15 minutes.
