German apple cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 c sugar
2 tb cinnaom
4 c Pipin apples, peeled, sliced
8 oz cream cheese
3 tb butter
1 c oil
2 c flour
1 ts baking soda
1 c nuts, chopped
1 ts vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs and oil in mixer until foamy. Add and mix by hand, the sugar, flour, applies, cinnamon, baking soda and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 F for 45-60 mins.
2. FOR ICING: With a mixer, combine and beat well the cream chees, vanilla, butter and powdered sugar, spread over cooled cake.
