| Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves, ground
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:1. Icing: Beat 2-egg whites with juice of 1 lemon and 1-cup powdered sugar.
2. Beat an egg with sugar, honey. Add spices, flour, baking powder, salt and make a dough. Roll out to 1 inch thick, and place on a sheet pan (1 inch thick). Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in 325 F oven for 15 minutes. Cool down and cover with icing.
