16 thin prosciutto slices
16 pieces rockmelon
16 pieces creamy blue cheese
16 pitted prunes, toothpicks

1. When required, cut prosciutto slices in half lengthways.
2. Neatly roll rockmelon with prosciutto and skewer with toothpicks.
3. Roll soft blue cheese and prunes with prosciutto.
