3-4 lb pork loin
Wipe your loins with a damp cloth. Rub meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in hot oven. Roast meat in a 325 F oven for approx. 2 hours. Add 1-2 cups boiling water to pan while roasting. Skim drippings for fat and thicken with cornstarch. Serve with red cabbage and browned potatoes.
